Travel
Ohio State University is located in the vibrant city of Columbus, Ohio. The city is centrally located in the Midwestern United States and easily accessible, with over 150 direct flights each day to the Port Columbus International Airport (CMH).

Venue
The program will take place in the grand new Ohio State Union Building, which offers beautiful meeting spaces and many amenities.
Meals
ALIA in a Day
Lunch, dinner and nutritional breaks will be provided on June 24.
Leadership Intensive
Dinner on June 26, 27 & 28 are included, as well as lunch on June 27. The program closes before dinner on June 29. The Ohio State Union Building has many options for lunch on June 28 & 29 within the Union building or close by. Nutritional breaks will be provided throughout the program.
Innovation Marketplace
Lunch (June 30 & July 1), dinner (June 30) and nutritional breaks are included. The program will close before dinner on July 1.
Accommodations
We have set aside a number of rooms in the nearby Hilton Garden Inn. Room cost is $135 including tax per night for one king or two queen-sized beds. A free shuttle will transport participants from the hotel to the venue in the morning and take you back to the hotel at the end of the day’s activities. You can make reservations by calling 614 263 7200 or visiting their website. Please use the Convention/Group Code “ALI” so that you take advantage of the ALIA discount rate above. Please book your room as soon as possible. If you are a member of ARP and/or AAA, you are eligible for further discounts.
On-campus dorm rooms are also available within walking distance of the program venue. Single rooms are $73.00 and doubles are $41.00 per person per night. Please be aware that the dorm rooms are very spartan. To reserve your room, follow this link click on Register Now, and enter your email address. This registration form appears similar to the program registration you have completed, but is an entirely separate form and process.
If you would like to reduce accommodation costs by sharing a room, use this forum to connect to other participants (you will have to join the ALIA Community Site if you have not already done so). If you want to share a dorm room you can also just indicate that on the reservation form and they will match you with a roommate. If you want to share a hotel, you will need to make arrangements with your roommate before you make your reservation.
