Leaders in Health
How can small groups generate systemic change in healthcare?
“ALIA has had a transformational impact on healthcare in Columbus. The learning and connections from the Summer Institute have ignited a movement that is reaching through the system, connecting ideas, unleashing energy, and generating innovation.
“This is because unlike other leadership training where you come away with new ideas, you actually come back from ALIA with tangible skills that lead to changed behaviors and real systemic impact.”
— Phil Cass, CEO, Columbus Medical Foundation

“Determining how to create a sustainable health care system is an incredibly complex question. Our current institutions and systems are at the breaking point and traditional change methodologies are insufficient to address these complex challenges. My ALIA experience gave me tools to unleash creativity, innovation, and real solutions to the complex problems in health care.”
— Georgina Veldhorst, former Vice President, North York General Hospital
