Resilient Leadership

Resilient Leadership

Transforming Self, Systems and Society

June 11-14, 2015

Pacific Lutheran University // Tacoma Washington
Presented by the Authentic Leadership Center at Naropa University

When time is precious and the challenges great, we don’t need another superficial networking or training event. When we come together, our greatest opportunity is to deepen our capacity for transformation, within ourselves and the people and organizations we serve.

Imagine this…. An intentional container, rich content, bright minds, open hearts, and three full days to strengthen your leadership, assimilate new learning, and apply it to your own work. For 15 years the ALIA Institute has been attracting change-makers to Nova Scotia, on the east coast of Canada. For the second time the ALIA Leadership Intensive is coming to the Pacific Northwest, hosted by a team of resilient practitioners of organizational and social change.  We invite you to join us there.

Interactive keynotes with Meg Wheatley, EdD and Linda Graham, MFT.

And in-depth modules with Wendy Palmer, Gervase Bushe, Arawana Hayashi, Gaylon Ferguson, Lodro Rinzler, Aftab Erfan, Susan Skjei, Jim Marsden, Lauralee Alben, Glenda Eoyang, and more…

Prepare to experience:

Personal and professional development. Choose innovative leadership modules led by master practitioners deeply trained in individual and systemic change, diversity, complexity science, performance arts, neuroscience, design thinking, meditation, Aikido, and other disciplines.

Global and local contexts. Understand global trends and local application from keynote speakers, Linda Graham and Meg Wheatley as well as other faculty.

Mindfulness. Begin each day with a mindfulness session led by a senior teacher from the Shambhala tradition.

Creative process and community building. Co-create a vibrant learning community with 100+ innovators, social change agents, business leaders, educators, artists, mindfulness pracitioners, and fellow travelers.
