Kazemaru Yukawa-Bacon is the Founder and Director of the Society of Human Sustainability, a Division of the Oxford Leadership Academy dedicated to the sustainability of individuals and organizations. Kazemaru was trained from childhood in zen meditation and martial arts by her father Yoshi Yukawa (Master of the Zenku-Kai dojo and creator of Zenergy). She has studied, practiced and taught holistic sustainability in Sweden and Japan since 1986. In 1992 she began her seven year apprenticeship with Grand Master Imoto-Sensei, later becoming Managing Director of his prestigious Tokyo dojo which she ran until 1999. In 2000 Kazemaru become a sought after Seitai practitioner in London at the Hale Clinic and Kailash Centre of Oriental Medicine, where she treated private patients. She deepened her studies into the mastery of the mind, spirituality and empowerment of others with the Brahma Kumaris in London and served as Director of their Tokyo branch. She became a Director of Oxford Leadership Academy and founded the Society of Human Sustainability in 2008.

Kazemaru will be featured as a special guest faculty during Brian Bacon and Tom Hurley’s Leadership Mastery and Collaborative Advantage track.
