Georgina Veldhorst

Georgina Veldhorst works in the area of complex decision-making and transformation in Canada and Africa.  In her 25 years’ working in healthcare and as a Vice President and a consultant, she has helped strengthen organizations, enabling groups and individuals to gain new understanding of their situation and achieve breakthrough results.  Her consulting work includes organizational reviews, strategic planning, change management, maximizing team potential and leadership success, harnessing diversity and conflict transformation.  She has also worked with communities supporting them to find solutions for complex issues.  She holds a MSc (Nursing) from University of Toronto, a MBA from Athabasca University and is a certified Deep Democracy facilitator and instructor.  Georgina Veldhorst is a Canadian citizen and works as a consultant, facilitator, and coach internationally.
